The RMA (Return material Authorization) helps ACSS move your product through the repair process. It will serve you with quicker turn-around-time and easier inquiries about your product status as it moves through the repair process.Obtaining an RMA prior to sending your product to our facility is easy. Click here to download a form that you can fill out, then either e-mail or fax it to ACSS Phoenix. Fax numbers and e-mail addresses are on the form. When your form is received, we will respond with your RMA.You can also call ACSS Phoenix to obtain your RMA. For the ACSS Phoenix facility, please call +1 623-445-7030. Once your RMA is issued, you need to include the RMA number on your P.O., packing slip, and shipping documents. Please write it prominently on the shipping carton with a marker.
