| ACSS SAFETY AVIONICS ARE STANDARD FACTORY INSTALL ONBOARD BOMBARDIER, DASSAULT, EMBRAER, GULFSTREAM, RAYTHEON AND SINO SWEARINGEN BUSINESS JETS Contact: ORLANDO, November 9, 2005 – The TCAS 2000 traffic alert and collision avoidance system from ACSS is the standard safety avionics package for all Legacy aircraft from Embraer, Global 5000 and Global Express XRS aircraft from Bombardier, G350, G450, G500, and G550 aircraft from Gulfstream, Hawker Horizon aircraft from Raytheon, Learjet 40, 40XR, 45, and 45XR aircraft from Learjet and F900DX, F900EX and F2000EX from Dassault. In addition the TCAS 2000 is a standard option on the SJ30-2 from Sino Swearingen and optional on the Citation X and XLS from Cessna on their business jets. ACSS’s third generation TCAS II product, the TCAS 3000, is standard on the new Falcon 7X business jet from Dassault. ACSS expects to submit certification paperwork to the FAA before the end of this year. Certification of the TCAS 3000 is expected in the first quarter of next year. “Demand for our products from within the business jet community continues to be very strong,” said Kris Ganase, president of ACSS. “We’re proud to be the supplier of safety products for these fine aircraft, as well as being the preferred option of so many leading business airframes.” The TCAS 2000 became the industries’ first second-generation TCAS II product when it was launched in 1997. ACSS’s traffic alert and collision warning system has earned acclaim throughout aviation for its long range (able to track aircraft beyond 100 nautical miles) and its ability to be upgraded for future enhancements such as Automatic Dependence Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B). ACSS is also close to submitting certification paperwork into the FAA for the TCAS 3000 – the only third generation TCAS II product. ACSS expects to submit the paperwork before the end of this year. Certification of the new TCAS, which will debut on the new Falcon 7X business jet from Dassault, is expected in the first quarter of next year.
